Haskaps- Alberta’s newest super fruit. The first berry to be ripe in the season they taste like a mix between a blueberry and a raspberry with dark indigo notes like plum. This jam is sweetened with honey for extra depth of flavor. Serve it on toast, mixed into a cocktail or on a charcuterie board.
